UW-Green Bay Associate Prof. Christin DePouw (Education) has published an article in a special issue of the Hmong Studies Journal titled “Critical race theory and Hmong American education.” The article discusses some of the ways in which critical race theory is an important conceptual tool for centering race and racism in the educational experiences of Hmong American youth in predominantly white institutions.
