Close-ups: Recognition and appreciation
It has become tradition that the annual employee cookout each May is an opportunity to thank and recognize that year’s retirees and a time to show appreciation for all UW-Green Bay employees. The privately funded event at the Kress Events Center featured a buffet with hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, pasta salad, chips, watermelon, cake and soda. Music was provided by Rough Draft (Humanistic Studies Prof. Brian Sutton and students Shelbi Cox and Molly LeCaptain) and brief remarks and recognition by campus leaders (Chancellor Tom Harden, Provost Julia Wallace, Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance Tom Maki and Associate Provost Tim Sewall). See names of retirees.
