The annual biometric screening event will be held at 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, April 18 in the Phoenix Room of the University Union. In 2016, all state health insurance plans are offering $150 per employee and spouse/domestic partner for completing the Well Wisconsin Program. Participating in the biometric screening is the first step in completing the Well Wisconsin Program. Pre-registration is required, and there is a limited number of time slots available, the deadline is April 14. For more information visit the Human Resources posting.
