E-mail issues resolved
Information Services Division staff report that they have resolved the major issues that have been causing frustration for some campus users over the past few weeks. These include search failures in Outlook Web Access, intermittent mail delivery failures to off campus email addresses, and start-up issues for Outlook. An upgrade was installed last week that fixed those problems. If anyone has any additional issues with e-mail, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance. ISD apologizes for the inconvenience to the campus while working to resolve these issues.
