UW-Green Bay was again mentioned as one of three area colleges to provide locally produced milk that its producers say tastes better because it’s hormone-free and comes from healthier cows. WBAY reported recently on Red Barn Family Farms, a company that distributes milk from certified family farms in the Pulaski area. UW-Green Bay is selling the milk, in pint and half-gallon jugs, at the Corner Store in the University Union. It’s a little more expensive, but it has been selling well, said Pat Niles, food service director. WBAY video.
