Faculty note: Assistant Professor Hillhouse and former students publish article on harmful effects of Electronic Cigarettes

Assistant Professor Todd Hillhouse (Psychology) and his former students from Weber State University published an article evaluating the safety of electronic-cigarettes (ECIGs). They found that ECIGs produced anxiety-like behaviors and significantly motor impairments. Additionally, the article provides a methodological approach for evaluating ECIGs in mice. The article was published in Pharmacology Biochemistry and Behavior.
