On June 9, 2022, librarians Paula Ganyard (director), Stephanie Alvey (manager of Collection Development), and Kate Farley (Digital Collections & Metadata librarian) presented at the 2022 Council of University of Wisconsin Libraries Annual Conference. In “How to Write a Comprehensive Program Review,” Ganyard described how she recently used the ACRL Standards for Libraries in Higher Education to lead a comprehensive program review project and how the results will inform UW-Green Bay Libraries’ next strategic plan. In “Getting Ready for Take-Off: One Institution’s Path from Planning to Piloting,” Alvey and Farley discussed their involvement in UW-Green Bay’s Open Educational Resources (OER) Pilot Program and shared recommendations for adapting similar programs at other institutions.
