Faculty note: Ashmann is lead author in book chapter

Associate Prof. Scott Ashmann (Professional Program in Education), is the lead author of a book chapter entitled “Sustainable Campuses” with Dave Barbier (UW-Stevens Point) and Felix Pohl (independent researcher from Germany). The chapter is part of a new book called “Urban Environmental Education Review” published by Cornell University Press. The book explores how environmental education can contribute to urban sustainability by creating learning opportunities to foster individual and community well-being and environmental quality in cities. It includes thirty chapters written by eighty-two researchers from nineteen countries.
