On Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021, the Division of Information Technology will be implementing a new software application to manage IT service requests. There are a few important changes you should be aware of with this change. First, we would like clients to begin using GBIT@uwgb.edu when sending email requests to the service desk. This will automatically generate a service call within the software and begin the service process. Second, return communication will come from IT-ServiceDesk@wisconsin.edu, because it is a UW shared system. Last, you will be able to view and manage your requests through a self-service portal located here. Our IT Service Desk phone number will continue to be 920-465-2309.
