Another UW-Green Bay alumnus elected to State Senate
One interesting note from Tuesday’s election is that UW-Green Bay now has three alums in the Wisconsin State Senate. Senator-elect Frank Lasee ’86 (Humanistic Studies) joins Sen. Robert Cowles ’75 (Science and Environmental Change) and Sen. Dave Hansen ’71 (Humanism and Cultural Change.) Neither Cowles nor Hansen were up for re-election this year. Lasee, a former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, replaces Sen. Alan Lasee, who held the seat since 1977 and decided not to run for re-election.
