Spanish planning experts to visit UW-Green Bay, make presentation

UW-Green Bay Prof. Marcelo Cruz (Urban and Regional Studies) has been a part of a team of researchers in Spain and Poland studying comparative urban forms of small and intermediate size cities in Spain, Poland and the United States.  Green Bay was one case study used for this international three-year study, funded by the European Union.  As part of this study Spanish researchers will be coming to visit the Green Bay area next week, Nov. 9 through Nov. 12.  The researchers will give a lecture on their city of Albacete, Spain, in Prof. Cruz’s Introduction to Urban Studies class on Wednesday, Nov. 10, from 11:40 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. in Mary Ann Cofrin Hall 237. All are welcomed to attend.
