Grand prize:  A really cool children’s play set

We’re making a final push for Laffle V and the drive to collect food for Paul’s Pantry and misc. items for the Humane Society. We remind you that Wednesday morning (Oct. 31) is the deadline to contribute and still be eligible for the fun prize drawing. Top prize is a very impressive play set — a kitchen play set that measures about four feet high and five feet long — hand-crafted from a recycled home entertainment center. It includes some play food boxes, an apron and chalkboard, and would make a wonderful plaything for children, grandchildren or even your favorite childcare center or family shelter. Reminder: Donate food, misc. items by Wednesday
Please bring your nonperishable food items, and/or pet supplies (including used towels, blankets and sheets) to the Registrar’s Office in the Student Services Building. Or give them a call (Eileen at ext. 2126) and they’ll arrange for pick-up. The drive to collect items for the Paul’s Pantry food service and also the Bay Area Humane Society will conclude Wednesday, Oct. 31, with a noon prize drawing in the Registrar’s suite.
