Chartwells’ Chef Corey will demonstrate how to prepare butternut squash bisque with cinnamon crème from noon to 12:45 p.m., Tuesday, October 18 in the 1965 Room of the University Union. He will provide preparation and cooking instructions, and Registered Dietician Jolene Sell will share nutritional information. Attendees will also get to sample the bisque.
