UW-Green Bay’s Office of COVID-19 Response sent a letter to students yesterday noting that antigen testing is expanding to all Green Bay Campus students. In addition to the students who live in Residence Life and have mandatory testing every two weeks, all students, including those who live off campus, but are taking face-to-face classes, are asked to also schedule tests every two weeks. Appointment times have been expanded. Students still need to schedule through the MyPrevea app. Students who are experiencing COVID0like symptoms should contact The Wellness Center for a PCR test, instead of going through antigen testing.
Testing is convenient and confidential
- The antigen testing site is at the back entrance of the Kress Events Center, and students are moved through the process swiftly and professionally.
- If a student tests positive, he or she is referred to The Wellness Center for confirmation via a second test.
- The Office of Covid Response will manage accommodations related to academics, campus employment and quarantine guidance. The University is committed to working with students to keep everyone safe while helping to ensure for uninterrupted ability to pursue degree completion.
