Joanie Dovekas, Residence Life, honored with professional enrichment award

Joanie Dovekas, assistant director of Residence Life was honored Nov. 8, 2017 at the annual  Upper Midwest Region – Association of College and University Housing Officers (UMR-ACUHO) conference in Omaha, Nebraska. Dovekas was presented with the Robert E. Mosier Professional Enrichment Award. This award is considered to be one of the Association’s highest honors, and is only given to housing professionals whose body of work has been dedicated to the development and advancement of others. As a winner of the Mosier Award, she has also been inducted into the ACUHO-I (Association of College and University Housing Officers – International) Foundation of Excellence. The UW-Green Bay Office of Residence Life is “proud of Joanie’s dedication to her staff and students and feel that this honor was much deserved.”
