Mercury (formerly RMS) upgrade begins this weekend in Residence Life

The Residence Life housing management system (RMS) will be offline beginning Sunday, June 18 at 8:00 am until noon on Wednesday, June 21. When the system comes back online on Wednesday, many new and exciting features will be available for the Residence Life staff. Most campus users will notice only minor changes in the look and feel of the new system. An open lab will be available on Monday, June 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. in IS-1004 LTC. Staff will be available to provide training, answer questions and help with any concerns of campus users. Additional lab sessions will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
