New process for Chancellor’s Medallion nominees

Students who were nominated for the Chancellor’s Medallion are completing a new online questionnaire beginning this fall. The form requires them to upload a copy of their recommendation letter and submit it with the questionnaire. Nominees will be approaching faculty and staff over the next several days to request letters, and the deadline for students to submit their completed questionnaires is Oct. 3. Thank you in advance for preparing your recommendation letters and providing them to the nominees prior to the deadline. This process will greatly streamline the selection process.
