Adam Korzun, Director of Performance Nutrition for the Green Bay Packers, will be giving a closed presentation on Tuesday, Sept. 27 in Phoenix Room A of the University Union. In his role, Korzun oversees all of the team’s nutrition, hydration and supplementation. Korzun is also trained as a chef, and graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University. He has also earned a master’s degree in nutrition with a focus on exercise physiology from Boston University. Before coming to the Packers, he worked to provide sports nutrition guidance to the U.S. Olympic committee, as well as a number of professional sports teams. Korzun will tell his story, provide inspiration and career advice to students, and discuss sports nutrition. The event is organized by UWGB’s Human Biology and Nutritional Sciences emphasis area. Apologies from the organizers, but this presentation cannot accommodate the public.
