Ghana and Akakpo are next up in Cultural Cuisine series

The culture and food of Ghana will be on the menu at noon Thursday, April 21, in the Phoenix Room, when guest speaker Assistant Prof. Tohoro Francis Akakpo of Social Work will talk about his native country. Cost of the Cultural Cuisine luncheon is only $13 for faculty and staff, and $14 for community members and LIR. Tickets are now on sale at the University Ticketing and Information Center. You can reserve a table for your group, and you might even win a prize, the University Union tells us: “Hope to see you there.”
