The Green Bay women’s basketball team will play its third-straight game against a ranked opponent when it hosts No. 23 Marquette Saturday, Dec. 2 at 1 p.m. at the Kress Center. This game means plenty to both teams — Marquette guard Natisha Hiedeman was an outstanding prep player out of Green Bay Southwest. She and UW-Green Bay’s Allie LeClaire (Notre Dame Academy) have been lining up against one-another since grade school. And of course, bragging rights in the state are also up for grabs. The Green Bay Press-Gazette’s Scott Venci has a preview.
