Hallways of Studio Arts Building become three-floor art gallery
Fantastic works by student artists and designers are on display in the Studio Arts Building now through Wednesday (Nov. 20). It ties in with the Art and Design programs preparing for an accreditation visit from the National Schools of Art and Design. So, not only is the work of top student artists on display in the Lawton Gallery, the hallways of Studio Arts are alive with art in selected locations, free for public viewing.
Here’s a quick directory:
• SA 1st floor (C–wing and cafeteria) – sculpture, printmaking, ceramics, jewelry/metals and design methods
• SA 3rd floor – graphic design, environmental design and photography
• SA 4th floor – painting, drawing, textiles, and 2-D design
