Green Bay Campus mourns loss of Mary Naumann
UW-Green Bay learned of the unexpected passing of Mary Naumann, who was deeply invested in the campus—working for years as a librarian in the Cofrin Library, and known as a faithful follower and season ticket holder for Green Bay women’s basketball.
“In her free time, Mary enjoyed knitting, gardening, reading and playing bridge. She was a member of the Green Bay Botanical Gardening Club, St. Louis Catholic Church for over 40 years and the St. Louis church book club. She volunteered her time for over 25 years as a religious education teacher and also helped out with the church auction.”
Per Mary’s wishes a private family service will be held. Mary and her husband Harvey will be laid to rest at Nicolet Memorial Gardens. Read the full obituary.
