New video: Bomb Squad training is a plus for campus, local force
As we told you earlier, the Brown-Outagamie County Bomb Squad was here all day Monday (Aug. 27), conducting full-scale training at several locations on campus. Officials say it was a great opportunity to practice their skills in a variety of real-world settings, and to enhance critical relationships between local law enforcement agencies. UW-Green Bay Police Chief Tom Kujawa and his officers have been ramping up their efforts to connect with other departments, bringing police on campus for tours and exploring other types of collaborative training relationships.
