Come one, come all, to UW-Green Bay’s 2016 Convocation

You can expect upbeat remarks from Chancellor Gary L. Miller, an assembly of new employees introduced in expert fashion by their division leaders, the announcement of the prestigious Founders Awards winners, and a few good laughs by emcee SOFAS Steve Meyer. All of this in just an hour or two, Wednesday, August 24 beginning at 10 a.m. in the Phoenix Rooms for Fall Convocation 2016. One change — no meal this year because of the Cloud Commons renovation. However, there is an ice cream social immediately following the 1 p.m. dedication of the mural created by UWGB alumnus Beau Thomas last year, in honor of the University’s 50th Anniversary. Please join your campus peers near the mural on the Studio Arts building. Both events are open to the media and the public.
