Rybak tells friends and colleagues…

Interim Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences Chuck Rybak has a message for his friends and colleagues in the College. “Let me begin by saying it is an honor to serve as Interim Dean for the 2017-2018 academic year.
