Second honor as UW-Green Bay sweeps Wisconsin student dietetic awards

Amy Zellner, a senior Human Biology (Nutritional Science/Dietetic) student, has been selected by the American Dietetic Association as Wisconsin’s Outstanding Dietetics Student for undergraduate dietetic programs, 2011. Zellner will receive recognition in a future issue of the Journal of the American Dietetic Association. Faculty member Karen Lacey of Human Biology, who directs UW-Green Bay’s undergraduate dietetic program, says Zellner will be acknowledged at the Wisconsin Dietetic Association’s annual awards luncheon April 8 in Lake Geneva. (If this item seems familiar, it’s because earlier this week, Richelle Morrow, a dietetic intern here, was named the state’s top dietetic intern. This is the third time in the history of the dietetic programs that both outstanding students are enrolled in UW-Green Bay’s programs.)
