Chef Jon Lutgen will be presenting a seafood cooking and preservation class on Tuesday, Oct. 17 at 5 p.m. in LS 421. The event is a professional development event for nutrition science students, but the entire campus community is invited to attend. Cost is $3 at the door. Taste-testing included. Seats are limited.
