Public Safety update on vehicle break-ins

The campus community was notified last week about two vehicles that were broken into and purses taken in the Lab Sciences and Kress Center Parking Lots. UW-Green Bay Police received several community tips and investigation identified a suspect vehicle that was linked to other crimes in the City of Green Bay. Green Bay Police took several suspects into custody for various criminal offenses and the two purses were recovered and returned. The suspects were not members of the UW-Green Bay campus community. Thank you to the campus community members who contacted UW-Green Bay Police, and remember to please report any suspicious incidents on campus and to remove purses/backpacks/valuables from parked vehicles.
