On-site Counseling and Health Center services discontinued, virtual help is available
On-site Counseling and Health Services are discontinued through the semester. Brief phone consultations with a counselor, a nurse or nurse practitioner, will be available by appointment instead Monday-Fr iday from 8 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. Current clients with an upcoming appointment will receive a phone call at that time. Make or cancel an appointment at 920-465-2380. If you have respiratory symptoms and are concerned about COVID-19, you may:
- Utilize Prevea Virtual Care($0 for COVID-19 related concerns) using the following website: www.Prevea.com\virtualcare
- Call Prevea Health Nurse Triage at 888-277-3832 free of charge 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You will be connected with a registered nurse who will listen to your concerns, ask questions, consult with a physician if needed and recommend appropriate next steps based on your symptoms.
- Call your own medical provider or local nurse triage line.
- If you have an emergency, call 911 or the local Crisis Center at 920-436-8888.
