On-site Counseling and Health Center services discontinued, virtual help is available

On-site Counseling and Health Services are discontinued through the semester. Brief phone consultations with a counselor, a nurse or nurse practitioner, will be available by appointment instead Monday-Fr iday from 8 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. Current clients with an upcoming appointment will receive a phone call at that time. Make or cancel an appointment at 920-465-2380. If you have respiratory symptoms and are concerned about COVID-19, you may:

1. Utilize Prevea Virtual Care($0 for COVID-19 related concerns) using the following website: www.Prevea.com\virtualcare
2. Call Prevea Health Nurse Triage at 888-277-3832 free of charge 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You will be connected with a registered nurse who will listen to your concerns, ask questions, consult with a physician if needed and recommend appropriate next steps based on your symptoms.
3. Call your own medical provider or local nurse triage line.
4. If you have an emergency, call 911 or the local Crisis Center at 920-436-8888.
