UW-Green Bay hosts seventh-grade science retreat
On Thursday (Jan. 25, 2018) UW-Green Bay’s College of Science and Technology hosted 72 seventh graders for a CESA7 retreat. After a welcome from Dean John Katers, the middle schoolers rotated through three hands-on activities that included Joe Schoenebeck’s lab sciences tour and physics demo, a dissection and physiology demo in the anatomy lab with Associate Dean Amanda Nelson and Associate Prof. Dan Meinhardt and a LEGO robotics lab with Assistant Professors Jagadeep Thota and Maruf Hossain. The retreat was organized by the Division of Continuing Education and Community Engagement.
