A compliment for diversity video

A brief videotape of Chancellor Thomas Harden’s personal reflections on diversity, recorded late last fall to kick off the University’s “Inclusive Excellence” initiative, was highlighted by visiting consultant Alma Clayton-Pedersen during her presentation at UW-Green Bay Wednesday. She said the 90-second clip was “one of the most wonderful statements I’ve seen.” She said she hoped the video would continue to attract viewers; not because it is a comprehensive analysis of the issue (it doesn’t attempt to be) but because of its inclusive tone and positive message.
