A local man was so inspired by Riley Garbe’s story from Phuture Phoenix to UW-Green Bay Commencement speaker, that he and his organization have created a scholarship in Garbe’s honor. WBAY followed Garbe, as he heard the news that $20,000 in scholarships would be awarded in his name from the Brian LaViolette Scholarship Foundation.
