Grandparents' U thrives

UW-Green Bay’s Grandparents’ University “allows grandparents and their grandchildren to bond and learn with each other in six different classes ranging from the ceramics to exercise and physiology,” the Green Bay Press-Gazette reported.

“Grandparents these days are younger,” Summer Camps Director Mona Christensen said. “They’re wanting to do adventurous things. They want to learn; they want to do things together with their grandkids other than going out to eat or just hanging out.”
