WBAY explores plans for new park-like space on campus

Plans for a new park-like space between the Res Life and the UW-Green Bay campus core are getting some attention in the local news media, with WBAY, Channel 2 coming to campus Wednesday (July 11) to find out more. Res Life director Glenn Gray and student employee (and resident) Nicole Sundly talked to WBAY’s Kristyn Allen about plans for the space, which will include a volleyball court, picnic tables, a stage area and more. The three-acre space is “probably the most valuable real estate on the UWGB campus,” Gray said — and with the new plans, it will be able to live up to its potential. Full story.
