Future college grads facing tough market

The National Association of Colleges and Employers says employers plan to hire 22 percent fewer graduates in 2009 than in 2008, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports. That means jobs are there, but they’ll be harder to get in this “employer’s market.” “It’s possibly going to take longer to find a job,” said Karla Miller, program coordinator for recruitment at UW-Green Bay. “People are applying for jobs that normally they wouldn’t.
