UW-Green Bay trustee Rick Beverstein named one of Green Bay’s 2018 People of the Year
Richard Beverstein, a member of UW-Green Bay’s Chancellor’s Council of Trustees, was named one of Greater Green Bay’s 2018 People of the Year. “He serves as a member of the Council of Trustees, chairs the council’s development committee and is a trustee of the Phoenix Real Estate Foundation. This year, he’s been an instrumental leader in the university’s $13 million campaign for Phoenix Innovation Park, which includes launching a mechanical engineering major. He and his wife, Susie, a UWGB alumna, played a key role in helping Green Bay native Wayne Lin return home from South Korea to perform in the Weidner Center’s 25th Anniversary Concert in September.” The Press-Gazette has the story.
