Poppy Grant retirement gathering

UW-Green Bay will celebrate Poppy Grant’s 41 years of employment from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21 in the Winter Garden of Mary Ann Cofrin Hall. Grant first joined the institution in 1975 — “ably and capably serving in a variety of roles for the ‘student unions’ at UWGB even before there was a building to call a ‘Union.’” The Shorewood Club served as UW-Green Bay’s first Union. Poppy worked for, and with, seven Union directors, providing exceptional customer service for all members of the campus community.
