Faculty Note: Prof. Meacham publications
UW-Green Bay Professor Rebecca Meacham (English and Humanistic Studies) has recently had a number of works published. Two published posts appear in the Pleiades blog, and have been structured upon her experiences teaching novel writing and Novel Revision Workshops. One post offers a revision strategy using notecards and storyboarding. A second is a kooky ritual to put the “l-o-v-e” back in your “n-o-v-e-l” draft. The other publication is in “On WOMEN = BOOKS,” a blog for the Women’s Review of Books. Her essay review, “In a Library, There Are No Hypocrites” examines the social and artistic value of public libraries through the lens of author Ali Smith’s new story collection, Public Library.
