Memorial service for Matter will take place at later date

A memorial service will be held at a later date for UW-Green Bay Associate Prof. Emeritus Charles F. Matter, who died Monday at age 69. A psychologist and award-winning teacher, Matter was a member of the UW-Green Bay faculty for more than three decades.
