Assistant Professor of Marketing, Dr. Aniruddha Pangarkar’s research paper titled “Exploring Phygital Omnichannel Luxury Retailing for Immersive Customer Experience: The Role of Rapport and Social Engagement” has been accepted for publication in the prestigious Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (ABDC “A” level, Impact factor 7.135).
