Cultural Cuisine on April 23: Russia


The next Cultural Cuisine Luncheon in the Phoenix Room of the University Union will spotlight the culture and food of Russia. The April 23 event in the Phoenix Room will include an illustrated lecture by UW-Green Bay faculty member Heidi Sherman. Faculty/staff tickets are $13 (a dollar off with the coupon in the faculty/staff phone books), community members $14, and students $8. The folks at the Union tell us, “Now, you won’t find a restaurant in Green Bay and get this type of food, with beverage and dessert included all on linen, for a price like this, and hear from a scholar on Russian culture… We can even reserve a table for your special group.
