Reminder: Flu vaccine

The Counseling and Health Center, Student Services Suite 1400, is offering Seasonal Influenza Vaccine (trivalent) by appointment only, while supplies last. The cost is $20 for faculty or staff, payable by cash, check or pass points. If you phone for an appointment, have your employee ID number ready (it’s the one on your ID card that starts with 6017200… they only need the last 9 digits) when you call ext. 2380.
