Register for ‘Have a Ball! Create an Oasis of Engagement’
Ever stop to think what it would be like if people were as enthused to go to work as they are to go on vacation? Excited? Adventurous? Relaxes? Engaged? When fully engaged, employees are more dedicated, innovative, and energized to propel the organization forward. Jayne Morgan is driven to develop strategies for deepening employee engagement. In an upcoming session, “Have a Ball! Create an Oasis of Engagement,” you will learn how to personally incorporate the four key freedoms in Jayne’s “Oasis Model of Engagement” and have a ball at work! All University employees are welcome at this professional development event hosted by Academic Staff Professional Development Planning Committee and University Staff Professional Development Committee. There will be two identical sessions in Phoenix Room B on Thursday, May 19. Please attend the session that works best for you.
