You are invited to participate in the Inclusivity and Equity Foundations 1 and 2 Training on Monday, April 15, 2019. Foundations 1 addresses the difference between being tolerant and inclusive, and focuses on what being inclusive means at UW-Green Bay. Foundations 2 focuses on the difference between tolerance and acceptance, and how cultural humility and personal accountability assists us to grow as individuals. Both Foundations 1 and 2 are required for Inclusivity and Equity Certificate Level 1, and is required for leadership, supervisors and many departments.
