Volleyball’s Franklin accepts new job with Big Ten Hawkeyes

Michaela Franklin has stepped down from her position as Phoenix volleyball head coach to accept the associate head coach job at the University of Iowa. Franklin joins the staff of recently hired Hawkeyes head coach Bond Shymansky after spending one season at Green Bay. Franklin was previously an assistant to Shymansky at Marquette. Franklin’s Phoenix posted a 14-14 overall record in 2013 and a 9-5 mark in Horizon League play. Read more.
