Proposals for Teaching Enhancement Grants are due by March 24

As part of the faculty development program at UW-Green Bay, the Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning and the Instructional Development Council have set aside grant funds to provide monetary support for professional development activities or projects that can lead to the improvement of teaching skills or the development of innovative teaching strategies. Thus, this grant is not designed to support the acquisition of content for a course(s), but is specifically targeted toward pedagogy (i.e., the teaching talents, methods and abilities of the instructor).

The Instructional Development Council issues two calls for Teaching Enhancement Grant proposals each year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Funds must be expended before the end of the fiscal year. Up to $1,000 may be awarded, but funds must be expended before the end of the fiscal year, in this case, June 30, 2014.
