It’s time to nominate for Student Employee of the Year

It is time to honor our hard-working student employees.  Student employees provide a valuable service to our University.  In an effort to recognize their contributions, UW-Green Bay will host the Sixth Annual Student Employee of the Year competition.  Please nominate your exceptional employee by submitting a nomination form for the 2009-2010 UW-Green Bay Student Employee of the Year Award – go to nomination form.

In addition to the nomination form, you are asked to submit a letter describing your outstanding student worker(s) in the categories of reliability, quality of work, initiative, professionalism, and uniqueness of contribution. Feel free to cite examples of instances that relate to these categories. We cannot, however, accept supporting documents that illustrate the action. Nominations will be ranked by a team of University academic and classified staff, based on the five aforementioned qualities.  The top-ranked nomination form will be submitted to the State competition.  From there, the top UW-Green Bay student employee could be nominated to the regional and subsequently, to the national competition. UW-Green Bay nominees will be recognized, and the top competitor awarded, at a ceremony on held during Student Employee Appreciation Week
