Here’s an opportunity that faculty and staff might want to share with students. The National Student Employment Association is sponsoring a competition for its members and students to submit a logo that depicts the contributions of student workers and will be used during National Student Employment Week in 2010 and thereafter. Submissions will be accepted from any member of the NSEA, including students at member institutions. It must be original artwork, in jpeg format and submitted by Nov. 20. Winners will be announced in late December. For the winning entry there’s $100, and all the fame that goes with it. Please submit original artwork electronically to Becky Wendt, UW-Green Bay’s student employment coordinator at wendtb@uwgb.edu</a.
