New Phoenix get FOCUSed

It is time to FOCUS (First-year Opportunities and Connections for UW-Green Bay Students), and hundreds of new students are on campus to register, prepare for academic success, meet people and develop friendships. UW-Green Bay partners including the Phoenix Bookstore, the University Union, Residence Life, the Kress Events Center, and many of the Student Services personnel, as well as faculty and staff, work together to roll out the red carpet for new freshmen and their families.

Students are walked through the registration process, are provided more detail on how to pay for college, spend time in small groups, engage in team-building activities, job hunt at the Student Employment Resource Fair, and more, all in one day’s time. Registration and Resources dates are June 5-7, 10 and 11. Registered students return to campus Thursday, August 29 for orientation. Enjoy the first look at our freshman class.
