Campus police issue winter safety reminders

Already distributed campuswide but repeated here for the record, UW-Green Bay Public Safety is working to ensure students, faculty, staff and community visitors are ready for the impending winter season. Police Chief Tom Kujawa on Tuesday (Nov. 12) issued the note, recommending items for a vehicle emergency kit, reminding drivers to slow down and exercise caution in poor conditions, and suggesting that members of the campus community sign up for GBAlert to receive Snow Emergency text messages when they are issued.
